Best used in cases of chronic tendonitis, bone pain, and sprains, strains, or fractures, in addition to post-operative pain and soreness. Promotes bone and tendon health, especially during the remodeling phase of healing (when tissue is maturing and increasing in tensile strength). This phase can occur from 21 days to 2 years post injury, Bone and Tendon salve being indicated for the duration of this healing.

For best results, open the pores with a hot bath, hot shower, or hot towel. Apply the salve and massage into the skin at the site of the pain or injury. Keep the area warm and covered. Reapply every 3-4 hours or as necessary, especially beneficial to apply in the evening before sleep (when much of the body’s healing and repair happens). Keep the salve away from open wounds.
